Recently I’ve become interested in politics. I’m researching about the political parties, but what have I missed? Capitalist, Communist, Conservative, Imperialist- Any more?

The only one there, however, that’s an actual party could be the Communist Party. Capitalism is an economic system, Imperialist is a type of nation, Conservative is a political philosophy...Parties aren’t necessarily groups of people believing the same thing. They’re actually a group attempting to control government. Many members of a party can have differing views, where extremities divide parties.
A few parties:
Democrat/Republican (duh)
Communist Party
Green Party
Prohibition Party
