they have said several times that the world will
end at X date then at Y date but it never happens.

Moses, do you honestly think that China, a nation that can field an military of 200 million, does not have the weaponry to back up that military? Do you honestly think that China cannot almost equal the US in nuclear weaponry?

China wouldn’t use nuclear weapons on us, and neither would we.
And all we have to do is make a program called 'Star Wars' and watch China’s economy collapse as they try to surpass us.
Don’t be silly, no country that wants to become a world power would ever dare use nuclear weaponry on another in this day and age. That’s pretty much a non-factor.
Against China, America holds a rather massive advantage in the air and in the sea, our ground troops are also better trained.
America is, overall, the most powerful military force on the planet. I’d take the massive Aerial advantage our Air Force provides over the massive numbers advantage on the ground the Chinese provide any day of the week.
