So i will change the question what makes a good armed force.

Training, dedication and tactics make the best armed forces.

Relying on technology is all good and all, but what happens to the fleet when the technology fails?

america(they have a lot of deadly eqiment and a large navy air force army and the navy seals)

china(there miltary will win by the numbers)

russia ^ same reason


british(the sas spec op program)

australia(the best miltary training program)

canada(most of it was bulit by volinteers not drafted)

america(all ways have the eqiment)

german(how else can they secure europe)

russian(defeated the germans during the rouphist wheather)

british (it was the only country in europe that wasnt crwling with nazis)
