Basiclly was each religion made to have the age old crap rule of: Do all this because I said so, everyone else is wrong but me, you must follow me or you die a horrible death, you cannot ask any questions for then you deny my way.
Like how some Muslims proclaim themselves as a peaceful religion when we see all this bull shit of what they are doing to themselves and their own kind.
Well you start off talking about all religions, then break off to talk about Judeo-Christianity. So which is it?
A basic survey of world religions would help you understand that there are differences. For example, I can’t see Buddhism espousing some of the views you outlined.

I don’t see why people seem to think it’s okay to just throw out the old pieces of their religion they don’t want anymore and modernize it at all. If your religion is the absolute truth from a perfect God it shouldn’t need to change.

I was referring to Inferno’s specific claim that all religions say “do this or you will die”. I don’t see that as a precept in Buddhism. If I am wrong, I am happy to look at the evidence.
