I don’t know of a denomination that has that particular belief but I do know that kinda of ideology is pretty mainstream. Lot of my friends believe in it. Just too much evidence supporting evolution for people to not accept it but they still wnat their god so they tie it in. They call if modern I call it a cop out.

Um.. From what I’ve seen. The gigantic majority of Christians are very open minded individuals.

Well maybe you should move over here.

For example, many Christians I know say it’s possible the Bible is wrong, God may not be real, etc. However, you ask a Atheist, they’d usually reply stating it’s completely impossible for God to exist, the Bible to be right, etc.

Tell me, who is the open minded individual in this scenario?

I would say that it is probably impossible for the god of the bible to exist. I say that because the probability for a god, let alone a god like that to exist is extraordinarily low... so low that it might as well be impossible. But nay, it is not absolutely impossible smiley

yeah just like the probably for life to be able to exist is even lower. No laws have to exist. No laws have to work with one another but they do. And so on and so forth the list is litteraly endless. Our universe doesnt even have to be made up of solid matter or basic elements. I think a god like being has a very large chance to exist.

Just think of how low the chances are for you in particular just to be born.

How can a god have a higher probability?! I believe you should rethink your last statement.

It’s more likely that something will be created than for it to happen at random, I’d think.
