Why is that so hard for you to understand? Even a child knows that humans are not apes, I can’t conceive of a reason as to why you continue to say they are.

I have never met anyone who’s Autistic nor have i reviewed any closely documented accounts of the same either.

Normal is just societies generalization of an individual’s responses and actions compared to the majority of the human race in an identical or equivalent instance. There’s no real “normal”, just something humans have created.
Really, you think about it, we can be just as “normal” as anyone else without any trace of genetic mental alterations, or just as strange and puzzling as some of the greatest minds in the world talking to someone who knows nothing of science. Then again, anyone can act abnormal or normal if they so wished.
I don’t think people with and people without autism (aspergers at least) are all THAT different or abnormal from each other.

I wouldn’t say directly makes us smarter, but due to our somewhat disjointed view of whats surrounds us in the world, we tend to dedicate more time to seeing things and I know that within myself, I can spend hours looking at something till I have understood everything there is to know about it, right down to its very structure of molecules so to speak...and I do this without even realising that I am doing it....I just sort of regress within myself and everything outside that object ceses to exist..

So I think its through processes such as that and the isolation of external stimuli that allows us to focus and learn more as everyday distractions that tend to prevent people from really understanding their enviroment don’t apply to us.


That said however, we are percieved as disfunctional, undesirable and rude. Its where all my weirdness comes from...I tend to be a societal outcast who is excepted into societal groups if the members of said group are understanding and pateint.

Humans are not apes. No where does it state in the evolutionary cycle that Humans and Apes evolved from one another. All it states is that Humans and Apes had a common ancestor. So stop acting like retards cause that fact of this matter. End of discussion.

As for this topic, there isn’t enough concrete study about the genetics of autism for me to give a complete and fully accurate answer so I’ll stay out of that.

Apes are scientifically known as the superfamily Hominoidea, whose families include Hominidae, which humans belong to. So, humans are, in fact, apes.

From what I gather, even though he’s said it in a demeaning way, Itachi is pretty much trying to say that our next major evolution will be autism, but he’s thinking about it with a closed mind. Each generation yeilds evolution, and autism could very well just be another part of our minor evolution.

Then again, people with autism think, or can, on a completely different level than those without. Its a possibility, theoretically, that a new species or subspecies of human could come from the autism gene in future generations. If it ever did happen, it may not have that big of an effect on us, or it may.
