Can all religous text be made into one big book?

perhaps, but it would be by large, unreadable, due to the sheer mass of information documented.

There are a great many interpretations on various religious texts already, so combining them..well it would verge in the millions of pages.

But the Bible as we know it is huge any way we just dont see it all as one complete book.
