I personally see Buddhism more as a philosphy than a religion(I still don’t think the government should endorse it), but it’s funny how Christians act when their privileges over other religions are taken away, especially the evangelists.
...Somehow it doesn’t surprise me that something like that would happen in Indiana *cough*.
I agree that the government shouldn’t be endorsing any religions. But, since this is an “exhibit” meant to commemorate the visit of the Dalai Lama, does this mean it’s something temporary?
Interesting. I agree that religion and government should be kept seperate but shows quite a bit of a superiority complex in some of these Christians. thinking their should be no endorsement but if there is should be Christain. Interesting on their rebuttal to that.
I don’t mind just as long as they don’t make it our official religion. Not that it would be a bad thing. It would be a much better country than it is now...
