I promote the truth and human rights not atheism. The only think I have picked up from mask is that the truth doesn’t matter.

If I just called you an idiot, which was my first thought after reading your post, 9 times out of 10, people just assume that I’m being a dick for no reason. This way, you get the message and a reason why I believe you are an idiot.

In general, most people are logical with their day today life, except when it comes to their religion. But if you focus on that exception, most people are not logical.

G-Plex. You should try and question the current “logical reasoning” science is today. Not everything can be observed. To observe the unobservable is through your mind only, maybe you’ll realize some things if you take the time to observe the things beyond science.

Science today is currently the best method to understand reality. If a better method comes along, today’s current methods will be replaced. Everything in science is repeatedly tested. If you find a better way, you would become more famous then Einstein.
If something is beyond science, it is beyond observation or perditions, thus we cannot know anything about this object. Because of this anyone claiming that something is beyond science, cannot simultaneously claim to know something about this unknowable object.
Obviously you are too rooted in your beliefs to change your mind – at least at the moment, so why don’t you tell me what you “realized” or “observed” when you looked “beyond science”

I dunno, was I? I mean, I could crush your crappy grammar, but that’s just too pretentious, even for me. I don’t know how that matters, though, because I never saw myself as that...

But I agree, most people are not logical in terms of religion, because they accept it as truth. I don’t blame them, most are raised this way with little interference, and that’s difficult to change. I’ve tried to be logical with my religion in the past, but it isn’t easy. And technically, I can’t do it, since after all, I have no method of proving God exists, even to my own empirical senses.

The most logical thing I can think of, however, is for religious people to keep their religion to themselves, no pushing it on others.

Why some things that scientists believe in there theories are just plain stupid. SOME things. I don’t really have a belief, I’m more undecided but I find Diest the most reasonable.

that was an interesting video. I am more openminded since i’ve come on the lounge. Thats why i’ve mostly stopped debating in religion topics cuz i’ve started to accept that you do need science and i want answers and now i’ve got doubts about stuff...

If you want to talk about grammar, I suppose I could point out your mistakes. This is a forum, where I only read back once what I have written.
I found it rather easy to accept the physical evidence. I just could not deny physical evidence, as I see so many creationists do.
Belief in a god makes no difference, is the belief in primitive, dogmatic and cruel scriptures which I mostly despises.

You preach a lot of Christianity for someone who is undecided. You mean how black holes where predicted well before anyone had ever view the effects one? Why don’t you show me a scientific theory that doesn’t make sense? Remember, just because someone labels their idea as a “theory”, doesn’t mean it actually is one.
