Yes, lets all look at religious extremists as the majority for those of the faith. Far be it to judge Christianity by figures such as Martin Luther King a devout Lutheran who brought about most of the cultural revolution during the Civil Rights Movement. Lets pull up Hitler, a man who persecuted religious groups in order to unite his country, which had been on the brink of destruction after the effects of WWI.

Because we all know that atheists don’t have any radicals or extremists. Stalin? No way he didn’t persecute his own people in soviet Russia. So what if his number 1 policy was abolishing all religion from his country, he must have been a closet Theist.

How about the war going on in Darfur? Political factions driven by greed not religions taking children from there homes and using them to kill millions. I really wonder what organization brought this situation to the attention of the general publi... oh wait sorry that would be Christianity with there “Image of the Invisible” campaign.

Lets ignore the fact that Christianity has been persecuted world wide in every form by Atheists. What happened right after Jesus died? Mass prosecution and execution of any and all people claiming to believe or teach His message. As recently as half a century ago Christianity was outlawed in China, the penalty of course being a cruel and demeaning public execution.

But yes, we’ll live in your happy little world where Theists are the problem. Ignore the fact that Humanity as a whole is violent and destructive in every way, shape and form and blame these tenancies on Politics and Religion.

Really the Islamic religion is quite a peaceful religion. But the fundamentalist islmaics are what give it bad credit. I find it quite wrong that someone would stereotype all Muslims to being evil.

Belief in a cruel god does make a cruel man. Fundamentalist Islamics believe in a cruel god thus making a cruel man. But in reality and the real Islamic religion teaches peace and I think that’s what the majority of Islamics believe. There’s a difference from being unacception and maliciously evil.
