Firstly, I don’t believe that’s a factual account of anything so it doesn’t really influence my opinion on whether I would doubt it or not.

If Jesus appeared in a way no normal human could, or did a miracle, then I would believe. Probably the only thing that could convince me otherwise would be if someone proved I was hallucinating, which I would find hard to accept.
