Atheism isn’t a religion, but for surveys like this you tend to have a 'non-option' for people who don’t fit into the assumption the survey makes, so, it should be up there.

Like, if you did a survey on “What’s your favourite fast food?" You would probably have an “I don’t like any fast food” option in there along with Subway, McDonalds, KFC etc just for those people who don’t fit into any of the options they could take.

I thought atheists beleive that a dragon named Susej created the world and then slit his wrists so that humans could be saved from the evil dragon Natas.
