My sister SAW a squirrel got ran over by a car, and when I went to school I saw a dead squirrel, but I would not start praying to my sister. First of all, we can see cracks on the moon with the naked eye. Even if you can’t see the cracks, it’s common sense that something as big as the moon that looked like a rock would have cracks on it just like on Earth. It’s no miracle, it’s observation. I’m tired of telling you this. Also, what makes you so sure the verse is literal?

“and it was by the hour, the moon had split” or “and the moon split, and the hour drew closer” (forgot which one)

Either verse it sounds more like a metaphorical reference to a half moon to me. One of the phases of the moon that everyone sees, it’s not that amazing.

BTW, the Sun is not a planet. It is a star. Same with the moon. It is a star, not a planet. And Pluto is no longer considered a planet. That makes eight planets. I don’t know if Nibiru is actually a planet or part of the solar system, but even if it is that makes only nine planets, falling short of the Qur’ans prediction of 11 planets.
