In Genesis, after Adam and Eve are banished from the Garden of Eden, God sends a magical burning sword that slashes back and forth like it just doesn’t care to guard the entrance. Now this is very awkward, because it is well known the sword was invented by humans well after the beginning of Earth. So does this just another reason the Bible is not legit, or is there some “symbolic” reason for it?
For someone who isn’t a Christian, you seem very interested in the mythology.

My view is - why try to justify any part of the story, if all the parts leading up to the parts that you are trying to justify are clearly bullshit?

God knows everything before its created, He knew swords before they were created and no, the garden of eden is guarded by an angel with a sword, the angel is Archangel Uriel.
