Not really humans with our destructive ability as well as our domination (traits mentioned by sotl btw) shows that its ultimately our responsibility to protect nature.

Again this is our own opinion.

Though personally I am in strong favour of environmentalism, I disagree on an objective level. Responsibility is linked to morality, what’s right and wrong, because it’s something you have a moral obligation to do or care for. But all morality is subjective as it has no physical existence and no objective authority to dictate what is moral and what isn’t.

Even if a God existed, his authority would not be objective because he would have no higher authority who assigned him his own authority. Therefore, his authority would be self-appointed, making him no more of an “authority” on anything than humans.

Either authority can be self appointed, in which case it can’t exist because anybody can appoint themselves as authoritive and therefore clash with other 'authorities' who do not share their views or the true reality of the universe (thus making their views subjective), or morality must come from a higher source, in which case we are faced with an infinite regressal in which god’s (or anybody else’s) authority cannot exist because it requires an authoritive hierarchy with an infinite amount of authorities succeeding one another which cannot exist.

Science, religion, history, politics, pffffft... you’re just ABOVE dat shit, ain’t ya nigga? You’re too fuckin cool to worry about all the things that shape the entire society we live in. What kind of fag rationally addresses someone’s points when he can just call the other side losers and say “nobody cares”, proving you’re too fucking AWESOME to even think about this shit. Once again you’ve proven your intellectual superiority, KingBoo. Now go cut your balls off, please.

Not saying you fail at life, but ones like this do to a great extent. And when I say shit nobody cares about, I’m talking about her whining over the stupid picture on the dollar, who the fuck gives a shit.

I agree that she seems a little to idk loud about it. But shes just stating that it is a clear and direct violation of separation of church and state.

Who are you to say she fails at life? Do you know who she is? Do you know what job she has? Do you know who her friends are? You know absolutely nothing about her...

Furthermore, saying someone has 'no life' or is 'wasting their life' means nothing, because it’s completely your own opinion. To some anime is a waste of life, to some sports are a waste of life, to some religion is a waste of life, to some drugs are a waste of life, to some books are a waste of life, to some video games are a waste of life, etc. etc.

KingBoo wrote: And when I say shit nobody cares about, I’m talking about her whining over the stupid picture on the dollar, who the fuck gives a shit.

Just because you don’t care doesn’t mean nobody else does. She does, a lot of atheists do and a lot of Christians would be concerned if anyone tried to take it off. Doesn’t sound like nobody to me.

Personally, I don’t live in the USA so I’m not really familiar or super concerned with the issue, but I support democracy and seperation of Church and state world-wide, so you could say I care to some degree.

You THINK you have the power of choice. All of your reactions are determined by your personality, intelligence, underlying mental disorders and all of the outside stimulus you have recieved since birth.

I don’t think I’m just chemical reactions, I don’t think chemical reaction came up with DBZ, that sounds ridiculous.

What you “think” or want, doesnt impact what really is.

You don’t really know what a chemical is, do you?

KingBoo wrote: I don’t think chemical reaction came up with DBZ

Out of all the examples of human artistic genius you could have used to back up your statement (however flawed it may be) you pick a second-rate Japanese TV show that everyone will forget in 150 years? What the hell...

KingBoo wrote: that sounds ridiculous.

But us being able to design low frame rate Japanese animation because an invisible spirit put a supernatural spell on our brain is not ridiculous at all.

3) What Gplex said.

A ton of stuff gets forgotten in 150 years.
But still, you are right.
