Well the option “Death is the end, nothing else is present but eternal darkness” would be the closest thing I believe in except for the fact that since you die you have no conscious and therefore wouldn’t see any eternal darkness. If you took the eternal darkness part out it would probably appeal to more people.

Yea i noticed that. You can actually change people’s opinion simply by wording a question or answer differently. For example:
“What happens after death?"
Just buy implying in the question something happens you are more leading people into thinking that way, thus the power of suggestion applies.
It’s hard to form a question and answers unbiasedly but those are things that need to be done in something such as this.

That’s kind of rich coming from you guys, epically with that “we know more then you do cuz' you think you’ve got a soul” mentality you’ve got. Blaming all world evil on the concept of religion, what a crock of shit that is.
Here’s a thought, there would still be war with out god, humans love to kill each other, all life loves to kill, even a bleeding heart liberal loves to kill inside, its just happened that religion came before scientific reasoning, and people needed an excuse to be hurtful and unkind to people. Atheists are no exception to this rule, you just hide behind your lack-of-religion religion to tell people “ho but I’m better, because I know those who I would kill would be ended completely and it would be too horrible for me to even conceder doing such a thing (Unless they were thiests, then I say kill’em by the bushel)"
Your atheism dose not make you superior, just like my extremist-modritism doesn’t mean I’m not going to go the hard 'hay if you hate apples why don’t you burn down all the apple trees you fuck!' road.
You see, I know that in the right state of mind, any being will become a psychopathic murdering dick shit, if I give you a gun after you’ve been through some shit, you’re not going to go
“No that would be wrong, and as an atheist am to far above you to submit to such low standards of behavior” any more then a Christian is going to say “God says don’t kill” What you will do is take that gun and start shooting. You are no better then any one based on the fact you think your nothing but the side effect of chemical reactions.
Superiority is not something you gain by what you believe in, it’s something you gain by interpreting your beliefs for good (Good as in not senselessly killing). Now so far you two haven’t actually said you want atheism to rule the planet and every other belief system to become nothing more then an interesting historical foot note, weather that’s because you don’t, or because you’ve been especially careful about what you’ve said online I don’t know. But based on what I’ve seen of you Zucas: you a nice guy, who happens to have a stick up his ass about religion. I can understand that, personally I can’t stand radical atheists or radical Christians (well mostly just Christians in general) that’s not saying I wish ill on them, I just wish they didn’t on me.
To some this up.
just answer the goddamn question.

You assumed that Zucas and I think we’re superior to everyone else because we’re atheists, you assume we think there would be no war or violence if there wasn’t religion, you assume that people just love to kill eachother and that religion was just an excuse to do it (although this is true to some extent i.e. Hitler), you assume that if an atheist and a Christian each had a gun the atheist is automatically more likely to start killing, and towards the end it sounded like you were suggesting that we are intentionally trying to gain superiority over everyone else.
