Well for that you’d need an X value I’d think...just having -2y=8 or anything only gives you the y value...two variables after all so...

y<-2x-1 how do i graph it and solve it... the other way around but yeah...

Basically solve it as a line as if you were doing any other equation with an = then you shade...below the line I believe.

Just like they said, you have to graph it like a regular line but you use a dotted line if it isnt equal and greater/lesser. Another thing is if Y is greater then you shade everything above and if it’s less, you shade below.
