I was home schooled for a year when I was at school cos I was not able to walk. I can tell you I learnt moor in that year then I did for the rest of my schooling even tho it was only for 4 mornings a week. Less then half the time I would have spent at school. I would recommend extra tutoring to be done at home as a one to one but to go to a proper school dose teach you stuff like interacting with other ppl that you cannot be tort at home.
