I would like all you guys to explain why you enjoy playing video games, as part of my assignment.
So like the title says, ya’ll can chip in.

Well, here lately the only game I’ve really be interested in playing is Guitar Hero and Rock Band.

But I generally play video games as a medium to escape reality. Games are very entailing. When playing games you are released from your physical chains and submerse yourself into a fantastic world which normally couldn’t exist in our own.

But, I won’t write out this huge essay for you. Just that, it allows me to be something I can be in real life and to distract me from Earthly problems.

That’s what I’m looking for, excellent.

I play mostly because it’s a fantasy. I can’t throw fireballs in real life but I can sit down and play a game and pretend I can. This is also the reason I don’t play games like guitar hero because I can actually play guitar and if anyone takes the time to get good at guitar hero they can invest the same amount of time into learning to play an actual instrument.

I play video games because they give me some very good entertainment, and put me in place or dimension none like the real world would be as it would in a video game, therein comes the excitement, action, drama, suspense, horror, romance, and plenty more after I first push the on switch and press start on my favorite video game.
