liberty was based, but it doesn’t look EXACTLY alike

but this one looks more alike new york not just a parody

but not all of it is there, so they just made it new york city

Liberty city is based of New York city, so Liberty City IS New York City

Actually there is a Vice City Stories. Chronologically the most recent GTA game is GTA III until this one comes out at least.
