Topic Review (Latest First)Posted by The Devil Killer 02 Jul 2009 08:12 pm Lol, you mean to tell me just because he has these kind of powers (which you made false claims) he can’t die? I guess that means Superman, The Hulk, Thor, Goku, Vegeta, Majin Buu, Dante, Sephiroth, Jedah, Pyron, and many more can’t hurt him all because he has powers, in which you’re making lies. The gods arn’t invincible, they’re the weakest gods since time has known. Funny how he can “escape” the demention, but he couldn’t even escape when Ares pulled him into that illusion. Not to mention, if he had “ALL THE POWERS OF THE GODS” why did he still struggle to kill Ares? Why did he claim the gods gave him a gift? Why did he need a weapon to kill Ares? Why did he need to turn big to fight Ares? If Kratos was “a god” then why did Gaia say that “a mortal defeating a god” and not “a god defeating a god”? If Ares was a god, why was he crippled? So basically if it Kratos decides to go big... then the dark burt will hit him in the stomach and suck his guts into another dimension... awesome!
pretty much........so that kinda makes him un-able to fight...
and samus would win....bye alot... So basically if it Kratos decides to go big... then the dark burt will hit him in the stomach and suck his guts into another dimension... awesome! Khorib wrote:
You have an issue with stretching the word “god”. “God” is merely a title in the God of War series. Like I had said previously, Apocalypse from X-men would qualify as a god in Kratos’s world. None of the gods or titans in that game are shown to be impervious to damage or death, they are just highly durable when they grow large, and just powerful in general, powerful enough that only the most powerful mortals have a chance at taking them on.
Samus is one of those powerful mortals that has technology destructive enough to damage those gods and titans, and that includes Kratos. If you deny this, then you are using a no limits fallacy. I’m not saying that Samus will win (even though I think she could), but you cannot just say that nothing can hurt kratos except gods because he’s a god.... that is stretching the word. It’s ludicrous to argue that a black hole wouldn’t do anything to the gods in god of war... or even Greek mythology in general.
Black holes would be considered a Celestial Force by Greek standards, so in a way Samus is also wielding the power of the gods... see wut i did thar?
i think samus would win with the dark beam...
“The Combo is much more powerful than the Dark Beam and takes 30 Dark Ammo and 5 Missiles to use. The weapon uses a massive amount of dark energy to open a highly unstable dimensional rift, simultaneously causing massive amounts of damage to larger targets and engulfing smaller targets completely. When a target is nearby, the Darkburst rips apart its molecular structure and draws it into the rift. It is this characteristic that makes it similar to a Black Hole. It is important to note that the Darkburst does not open a dimensional rift that leads to Dark Aether. Since the Darkburst can in fact be used on the surface of Dark Aether, it is indicated that the dimensional rift formed leads to a completely unrelated dimension of spacetime.
The Darkburst will eject as a large sphere from the arm cannon, moving on a fairly fast, straight trajectory. The Darkburst is easily dodged by agile opponents, so it is recommended to aim charges at the ground or an adjacent wall, to prevent the Darkburst from passing by if it were to miss. The Darkburst is not particularly effective as a weapon on the surface of Dark Aether, since the inhabitants have a natural resistance to the energy that of which this weapon is composed. The Darkburst is of great use against aerial foes, or large numbers of enemies. It is important to note that not all targets will be pulled into the vortex of the Darkburst, depending completely upon its size. Larger targets such as Grenchlers will not be pulled into the Darkburst, but smaller targets such as Sandbats will most definitely. If a target is not pulled in, but is directly hit by the Darkburst, it will still take damage”
Because sinse hes going to be big.. its going to hurt alot more.. You have an issue with stretching the word “god”. “God” is merely a title in the God of War series. Doesn’t Samus have a black hole gun?
yeah its called the Darkbuster .. its a combo used with the dark beam.
Yeah, I took a look at that video. I highly doubt that one shot would harm Kratos, let alone kill him. Based on everything I’ve seen him take and do in GOW and GOW2.
lol....The thing would hit him and he would be traped in a diffent demention..
If Kratos didn’t have the powers of a god/titan then that would be something for him to worry about. But since he does have them then I say he can either resist the crushing affect, or simply just escape from the dimension.
Hmmmmm Interesting ^^
ik this is off topic but
wouldint it be funny if he ended up at a coffee Shop when he escaped LOL^__^
