pshh... What does N.Korea even plan to do with those nukes? It seems to me like they are just looking to be acknowledged as an actual power. Attacking ANY country with those nukes would mean the immediate obliteration of their country.

Him threatening the UN shows his lack of regard for the rest of the allied nations. If the US won’t provoke him, somebody else will just get teh brunt of the attack.
