pshh... What does N.Korea even plan to do with those nukes? It seems to me like they are just looking to be acknowledged as an actual power. Attacking ANY country with those nukes would mean the immediate obliteration of their country.

I doubt it really maters, Kim Jong-il is just waiting for an opportunity to have a show of force. Him threatening the UN shows his lack of regard for the rest of the allied nations. If the US won’t provoke him, somebody else will just get teh brunt of the attack.

I don’t get into the news that much but I heard that if Japan had destroyed one of their nuclear missiles, NK will call that as declaration of war

At the moment, no. I’d say right now we need to watch NK carefully and be ready to intercept a possible attack.
