Towel Pullups X 7 reps
Divebombers X 14 reps
Squats X 30 reps

Triceps looking pretty good, you should really consider increasing your calorie intake. At your age I recommend getting more proficient with your bodyweight before moving on to heavy weights, you can still do light weights but do more calisthenics before going heavier, that helps you to get the proper form and an overall good foundation. Hit your legs hard too, lets not forget that without them you couldn’t go from point A to point B, you have potential to build 30% at the very least more lean muscle mass when you squat heavy.
Keep up the good work and don’t ever over train.

thanks, also whats calisthenics? and what do u mean by symetrical? like my left arm is smaller then right or what?

Calisthenics are bodyweight exercises and muscle symmetry is how equally proportional your muscle groups are to each other. Meaning if your arms are bigger than your legs, then you are obviously neglecting your legs, your legs should naturally be the second largest and the most powerful muscle group in the human body, the back is the largest.
Personally I hate bodyweight exercises, but I do a lot of that because I am currently cutting in weight and I am into athletics, if your main goal is to build muscle, start out with weights and do calisthenics, when you decide to start bulking, cut out high repetition exercises(calisthenics) and concentrate on weights.

Is that a question or are you going offtopic?

O I really have the doubt because I am lazy to read everything :P. And I just wanted to be 100% sure this topic is about tips of how to produce muscle smiley.

I think that maybe I have good info related to the topic.
