lol, might as well have said you’d want Black Griffin to back up Boozer, sure but it aint gonna happen. IMO Maynor will be a better pro than Rubio, only thing Rubio can do is fancy passing, he’s all hype, he can’t shoot and isn’t athletic enough to get to the paint. Flynn will be much better than him, so will Jennings.

Yeah, more like Boozer backing up Black Griffin.
I don’t really know that much about Maynor but now that I look into it, I’m fawking stoaked! Maynor is a beast and they’re saying he’s got the highest Basketball IQ out of anybody in the '09 draft. Under Deron William’s wing, Maynor could become All Star status someday. Get Price tha fawk back to the D-League.

I’m reluctant about Maynor.

NBA Draft:

Black Griffin - Gonna be a beast in the NBA, at best he’s Karl Malone, at worst he’s Carlos Boozer.

Hasheem Thabeet - Can block shots...... and that’s it, IMO not worth the #2 overall pick, I would have tried to trade for Tyson Chandler.

James Harden - LOVE THIS FUCKING PICK, Westbrook,Harden,Durant, Green, that’s a fucking beasting line-up, reminds me a lot of a taller OJ Mayo/Brandon Roy.

Tyreke Evans - Don’t really like the pick, Kings needed more of a true PG where as Evans is more of a shoot first PG, he could turn out to be this years Derrick Rose, but I doubt it.

Ricky Rubio - Gonna be a bust, at best he’s gonna be Jason Williams, nowhere near Pistol Pete like I’ve heard people saying.

Jonny Flynn - Like the player, but dumb move to take two PGs consecutively, should have taken Steph Curry or DeMar DeRozan.

Stephen Curry - Gonna be a beast next year, he’ll do great in the fast tempo game the Warrior play, would have loved to see him with D’Antoni in NY though.

Jordan Hill - Too skinny to play PF in the NBA gonna get pushed around in the post, should have taken DeRozan.

DeMar DeRozan - Physically the most talented player in the draft, has the potential to be the next T-Mac, or could be a bust like Gerald Green, more than likely I see him being around the same kind of player as Rudy Gay.

Brandon Jennings - Super athletic PG, played in Europe so he should be more NBA ready than any other PG in the draft, could be a Chris Paul/Devin Harris type player, or could wind up a bust like Sebastian Telfair.

Terrence Williams - Super versatile player, reminds me a lot of the player the Nets just traded in Vince Carter, not quite as athletic as Carter, but still super athletic and a better passer than Carter.

Gerald Henderson - Another athletic Guard that has potential to be a big time scorer in the NBA, play very well against tough competition in the ACC, has the potential to be a Dwayne Wade type player, but more than likely I’d say he’ll be more like Ricky Davis a guy who can go for 20 any given game, but isn’t a franchise player.

Tyler Hansbrough - Hmmmm.... I really don’t know what to say about Hansbrough, if I had to guess , I’d say he’ll be a Paul Millsap/Jason Maxiell type player which is good value in a late lottery pick.

Earl Clark - Super athletic SF could develop into a poor man’s version of Kevin Durant, will be a decent NBA scorer and energy player off the bench.

Austin Daye - Really didn’t expect him to be taken in the first round, too skinny to play PF in the NBA and not really athletic enough to contend at SF, unless he becomes a sharp shooter, don’t see a good NBA career.

James Johnson - Could develop into a good PF off of the bench, don’t see him as being a star, but will could contribute to a good NBA team.

Jrue Holiday - Should have stayed in college at least one more year, won’t contribute right off the bat, could learn behind Miller for a couple of year, and possibly develop into a starting NBA PG, but will take a few years before he plays any significant minutes.

Ty Lawson - NBA ready PG, knows how to win, not great in the pick in role, but good enough to be a starting NBA PG, good move by the Nuggets to trade for him, can learn behind Billups and eventually assume the role as the starting PG.

Jeff Teague - Like him, will probably never be an all-star PG but could but will be a serviceable starting PG in the NBA and have a good long career.

Eric Maynor - Love him, great pick for the Jazz, will be more than good enough to back up D-Will next year, will probably have a George Hill type rookie year, as he’s who Maynor reminds me of the most of in the NBA.

Darren Collison - Much like Ty Layson is an NBA ready point guard, knows how to win and played against good competition, great first step and speed, will be an NBA starting PG for many years.

Taj Gibson - Great build, a little undersize to play PF, but plenty strong, will be a good back up PF in the NBA.

DeMarre Carroll - Will be a great energy player off the bench, good athlete and plays with high energy all game.

DeJuan Blair - Probably the steal of the draft, great move by the Spurs to pick him, should have gone no latter than mid-first round, but injuries made his stock drop a bit, great strength, a bit small at 6’7 but has a 7’3 wingspan to make up for that, a beast in the low block, can get rebounds, and can muscle most players off the block, needs to work on his offensive post game, love this pick.

Jodie Meeks - Great scorer in college, a little undersized and not really athletic enough to play SG in the NBA but could turn into a Michael Redd/Gilbert Arenas type player, great value for the pick.

Chase Budinger - Super athletic player for a white guy, should have gone in the first round, will be a high energy guy off the bench for years to come.

Patrick Mills - Surprised he went this late, proved he could play with NBA players in the Olympics with Australia, and a good PG out of college, can develop into a starting PG, but most likely won’t see much playing time in Portland.

Come on Texas. I’m counting on ya, baby!

I need Houston to take out Dallas and San Antonio to take out New Orleans tomorrow night.

If this happens, Utah stands a good chance at getting a 7th or 6th seed in the playoffs.

thats not his nickname. just because they say AI, it doesnt mean people will refer to andre as AI from now on. also, i hate espn. they piss me off with their stupid commentaries about how lbj should get MVP when wade, in my opinion, deserves it the most.

I agree with that.

thank you. i dont like how these stupid people are ranting about how james deserves it the most because of his numbers and because of his team’s record. the REAL reason why theyre this good this season is because of mo williams. whenever james slacked off, williams picked it up for him. wade, on the other hand, has NO ONE. and his numbers are fucking ridiculous. the heat is a one-man team. marion and beasley arent really as good as people claim they are. and rookie of the year should be oj mayo and not derrick rose. sorry.

Nope

Rose

16.7 PPG
6.2 ASST
3.9 REB
47.4 FG%

Mayo

18.4 PPG
3.2 ASST
3.8 REB
43.8FG%

Mayo has less assists and rebounds per game, and he only outscores Rose by less than 2 points per game while shooting a much worse field goal percentage.

you also do realize that mayo is on an extremely shitty team and obviously people will not vote for him because they take team record into consideration. (except for last year because durant was just a fuckin beast)
