Hai Bjarne. I suggest a new rule.

You should be whenever I’ve seen. Because I’m super awesome and I’m going to hack your account and use it to ban all the mods and delete everything. =]

Moviecodecs Disclaimer

You have full personal responsibility if anything harmful happens to you or to your computer as a result of surfing The Lounge and/or downloading and installing software from the net.

Whatever our users post on our forums is not the responsibility of The Lounge. We do not wish to moderate every post made on our boards in regards to free speech online. We do try to control certain issues on our boards tho (ie. illegal actions / direct promotion of such, “to abusive” language etc.).

The Lounge reserves the right to use whatever you post on our website for when we update the regular contents of the site. Ie. we reserve/obtain all copyrights to whatever guides or faq pages that contains contents derived from your posts (if you do not agree with this then do not post!).

If you have any concerns relating to the legality of anything found on this website, you may contact us ( webmaster[at-sign]moviecodec.com ) and we will take the relevant action required to bring the issue in order.

A Disclaimer IS law binding, thus no legal action can be taken towards Bjarne, or Moviecodec itself for whatever a User/Guest decides to posts. The only thing Bjarne/Moviecodec can be held accountable for is the moderation of the site. IE: The way it’s run.

A Disclaimer protects a person/persons of a site against the STUPIDITY of OTHERS!

1) Cracks, warez, serialz, illegal files (this includes using other peoples copyrighted works without permission) etc. You are not allowed to discuss these things or post links to these things! Posting or using plagiarized work falls under this rule also.

Plagiarizing is posting Text/Images (Graphic, picture, map or photos) that you claim to be your OWN work.

BUT Giving credit to the original author/creator by citing sources is a way to use other people’s work without plagiarizing them.

This rule is just silly and utterly useless here on Moviecodec. And as for the nonsense i’ve heard about Bjarne being sued because users posted images that has been supposedly plagiarized is RIDICULOUS and PATHETIC in my humble opinion.

Rule number 7 States PUBLICLY that: [/b]You are responsible for anything that you post, not the staff of moviecodec.com. If you disagree with this, DO NOT POST.[/b]

So for all the whiny cunts that bitch about their “PRICELESS/MASTERPIECE” Images/Pictures being plagiarized, take it up with the person/people that posted it/them in the first place. AT BEST all you can do is COMPLAIN/WHINE/BITCH to Bjarne for it/them to be Deleted/Moderated. HE cannot be held responsible for what OTHER PEOPLE POST on here. He stats it quiet CLEARLY in rule number 7.

Get a better pair of glasses, Preferably with the thick bottletop lenses in them, or SHUT THE FUCK UP. Ok wink

Hey yeah there you go. Go get 'em tiger. See guys like this are on the ball. Rule number SEVEN. *Raises eyebrows a couple of times and grins*
