NF has more then just Naruto RPs but the ones that live are usually based on the HST and the D&D rp that has been around ferever

But if you want to RP NF has a good section if you wanna go there, that is where I RP. ZG has a fledgling RP section that may be more akin to your needs. I would RP there if I wasn’t involved in multiple RPs on NF
