In the shcool year I bike two miles to get to and from school. Prob is, I work better with a partner, but nobody will speak to me.

A mile is 5,280 feet. And if you are going to bike, then do it every day.

Wrong

If you don’t succeed the first time, try again. Giving up doesn’t get you anywhere. And you CAN change it. All you have to do is give a fraction of a shit enough to actually TRY. And I’m not expecting you to be able to sprint a mile in 3 min. But like... try this.

Week 1:

Walk a mile every 2 days.

Week 2:

Walk a mile every other day.

Week 3:

Jog a mile every 2 days.

Week 4:

Walk a mile every day.

Week 5:

Jog a mile every other day.


Give that a try then get back to me and tell me if you don’t improve.
