No its not a tough sport.
It demands a certain amount of “athleticsm” to control the ball and run back and forth on the field but so does every other sport.. really? I guess you need a better cardiovascular system as you are on the field running more then lets say.. hockey or footy?
Either way it is not a tough sport.. the injuries reported in soccer are usually fluke accidents.
