That was a demonstration video I did for someone. Took it during my break from training and it’s a lot more challenging than it looks since I was maintaining the tension in my back while alternating grips.

Yeah i can see how that would be difficult the time being up there with keeping your arms about 90 degrees the whole time while constantly swiching them with some wide grip pull ups.
