I got another cardio session today, my last for a while, I didn’t get to do it yesterday because the cameraman was busy and it was raining all day so we really couldn’t.

I did Cardio yesterday. I laid 4 pallets of sod (nearly Two-Hundred 2'-0"x5'-0” rolls of Sod) in the heat and I was hauling ass Two rolls at a time. That may seem like a lot of heavy lifting for some but that was cardio for me.

You’re telling me! I drank 192 ounces of water and never pissed for hours (filled a 64 ounce mug with water 3 times). I sweat like no other.

Thanks for reminding me, I am gonna stack up on some more Gatorade. I don’t ever calculate how much water i drink throughout the day, everytime i step in the kitchen, i have a glass of water.

I was reading the rules he stickied in the sports section and one of them was “Don’t ask of ways how to commit suicide, killing yourself is not allowed”
