Relationship stress might be cannibalizing my muscle mass and I am pretty much on a break for a week, forcing myself to eat. How would you guys deal with it? Ever been on a break and something totally unexpected happens which causes stress?

The stress is over. I am not at 154lbs, how sad. Anyways gimme three days and maybe I can gain back all this mass..
