I need advice from a personal bodybuilder or a male who has quite a bit of muscle on him.
I have currently switched to the 1010 calories per serving (4scoops) Protein powder) IT has 56g of protein, 14g fat, and 7 of trans. IT is full of good carbs.
Anyways what i am wondering is will this make me fat if i work out hard while intaking the powder (2scoops with milk), Or will i gain muscle mounts?

Well, i work out alot more then i used to, and i think i know what answer you are looking for.
My teacher, he drinks 2000 calorie shakes because he is going to our highschool where brawls happen almost every day lol. anyways, he says that if you work out all the 2000 calories off, all of the calories will be turned into muscle, but if you don’t work out, you probably will weigh alot more.
Thats what i can tell you.
