I am no doctor but if you Tor a capillary or ruptured a vein it could be serious in which case you should see a doctor for further instruction.
If you just think you stretched your bicep too far then I would say 2-3 days tops. Still.. it’s serious and shouldn’t be dealt with lightly. No masturbating for the rest of the week.
hah, yeah at first I thought it was just a pump still since my left arm was also pretty sore, but as the one arm went down and the right stayed all big and puffy I’m thinking “well fuck”.
i don’t think it’s too bad. It doesn’t feel that bad, it’s just swollen and hurts to bend. I’ll give it a few days and see how it’s doing.

Most likely a ruptured vein if there is brusing = yellow? Blue? Green? What color is it?
I would definently agree with Gplex and schedule a doctors appointment ASAP just to make sure.
