Are you sure you didn’t tear your biceps or stretched the muscle fibers too much? Does it still feel swollen?

Pullups are great, that’s really all I do for my upper back...but I do different variations on different days, like sometimes i alternate between comando grip, close grip, wide grip etc. etc. Great way to isolate the entire upper back.
Edit: I have a little challenge to get your pullups up there. If you are on a superset day with Chest and back or shoulders and back. Try supersetting every set with pullup, set a goal of total pullups and try to reach it. That’s how I got used to pullups, try to reach that goal even if it means taking spots from someone else.

Easy there tiger, you have to make sure the person you are talking to is able to understand and do what you are promoting to them.

Keep it up though, so far your advice has been bang on.

Nah, my arm healed pretty nicely on its own. Gave it a week and it’s all nice and good as new.

Oh I hate this. I’m on a tight schedule with work and I don’t have time to workout. And if I workout I’ll want to drink beer all night (I’m weird like that) and never get back to my job for the remainder of the day.

Man, I jogged to the gym this morning because it was a beautiful day, and while jogging back it decides to start raining. Like, pouring rain.

I hate Florida weather. I don’t know why people think it’s a good place to vacation.

Florida is normally rainy when i visit. And a good alternative for jogging is to get a jumprope and skip for about 10 minutes.

Oh my god, suck it up cupcake. You are complaining about rain? RAIN!!! Come up here to Canada and spend a little while here. We got snow, freezing cold rain and blizzards (Not the type at DQ either).
