Oh bawwww snow! Who would expect SNOW? In CANADA of all places!

Yeah, I’m really sure you get stuck in a blizzard regularly in summer on an otherwise nice day.

“WOW IT’S SO GORGEOUS OUT, I THINK I’LL GO OUT” never leads to “FUCK I’M STUCK IN A BLIZZARD!"

No one’s retarded enough to go outside in Canada in the winter, and if you get caught in it you deserve it. Florida rain’s unpredictable and can hit brutally at any time.

Well actually, when i jogged regularly, I never had a problem jogging in the rain at all, I actually found it more comfortable and breathing seems easier. I think the air is purified. And you have to be running faster to keep your body warm.

Finger tip pushups, start with five fingers, then four, then three, then two, if you can handle the thumbs, go write a book on fitness.

The humidity down there makes 95 degrees Fahrenheit seem like 120 degrees up north. I would seriously rather be in dry-110 degrees rather than humid-90 degrees. But coming from high altitude down to sea level, I can run effortlessly forever down there because of more oxygen in the atmosphere.

Do you think I’d be overdoing it by taking Anabolic Amino pills and BCAA powder at the same time?

Maybe, check with your doctor. Or find a confirmed stack of nutrition.

...

Are you seeing any results with all this supplementation you are putting in your body? I think you are over-doing it. THE most important thing is to train correctly, not load up on “Muscle Building Products." To be honest.. I don’t know why you would need AAP’s .. eat natural meats like steak and fish. I don’t see why you would need two AA supplements when you really don’t need any?

BCAA is more effective in building muscle but be careful with what you are taking.. you don’t want to overdose. Your health is more important then putting on a pound of muscle.

wHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BCAA and AA.
They’re both Anabolic Amino, right?

UHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

BCAA = Branched Chain Amino Acids. The Three Amino acids are ; L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine (probably spelled it wrong). Pretty much .. the amino acids you are intaking from this product cannot be sustained from taking the amino acids from your own compounds (You have trouble making the Amino Acids). They are good for muscle recovery and breakdown.. however, A LONG FRIGGING time ago.. they were proved to have some negative side effects like stalling muscle growth. These claims were never scientifically proven though. mmkay

as for the Amino 1000.. it also has all the Amino acids (but they are bonded together = more energy). A1000 however has Soy Lecithin which helps burn fat easier.

All in all;

BCAA is delivering you less amino acids then Amino 1000 but it is delivering MORE of the MUSCLE BUILDING amino acids.

Amino 1000 is better for overall health and cutting but it is not quite as good for packing on lean mass.

EDIT*

Technically both can be classified as Anabolic Amino products as they both trigger complex molecule synthesis to absorb more energy to create a bio-chemical reaction.

If you are looking strictly AA then go with;

Shits ridiculous.. (I have heard)
