You hold onto a horizontal bar, feet off the ground, and lift yourself up to the chin, then down, then up. You can isolate different arm/chest/shoulder muscles and increase the difficulty by varying your grip etc.

Okay so went to a fitness center and talked to a muscle bound freak and gathered some really good info.
Anyhow, he recommended I take the creotene 1/2 hour BEFORE the workout and then drink the protein powder shake directly AFTER work out. That should feed your muscles the proper conditions/nutrients to grow instead of your body eating your muscles alive.
So I went and spent $100 freakin' bucks on the creotene (left} and Protein shake (right).
I tell you what, that crotene is like legal steroids. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I felt like f*cking superman on crack. I surpassed my number or reps by at least 40% more than what I could normally do. I feel great!
I was thinking of getting creotene but i cant go to the gym for about 20 days which will mean alot of pushups and dumbells
I noticed you got vanilla flavour for protein powder, Probably the safest bet as you can add flavours to it (fruits), and it doesnt get old,
Does anyone know any good muscle exercises that do not involve benching? If so i would like to hear them..

If i were to drink the 1010 calorie protein shake before i went on the tread mill. Would i gain muscle mounts?
No.
From what I understand, your body will choose to burn the easier source of fuel first which are sugars and carbs. This type of fuel is called glycogen or some shit like that. Once all your glycogen is burned, you’ll feel lightheaded and tired. If you don’t replace glycogen then your body will start eating your muscle.
Your body needs simple carbs first. You need approx 30g of carbs to replace glycogen and then 20g to 30g of protein to repair and build muscle. If you consume 20g to 30g of only high protein and no carbs, your body will convert all that protein into the needed 30g of sugars to replace glycogen. After this occurs, there is no protein left to repair and build on the muscle.
