Baybee if ur serious bout dat.. thats easily just working out/running, If you eat weight loss powder with skim milk and do many exerciese you will burn off the hip and ass fat. Climbing the stairs is a really good exercise for this.

There is a huge misconception with protien drinks, fueled by ignorant consumers and marketing targeted at ignorant people. Just consume a healthy diet with lean meats, if the muscle cells need the protein, they will use it, just make sure you consume protein daily, you don’t need to overdue it. Mostly, just get a weekly routine and move on with your life.
If you want to increase your muscle size, you can use Creatine which will make your muscle retain more water than it typically does. But that’s just impractical simple-minded foolishness if you do. Then again, most people are.

Actually, consuming protein is not only about the whole muscle building process Bobby, but it is also thermogenic.
