Anyways..
enough of this sperm n bullshit talk..

Baybee if ur serious bout dat.. thats easily just working out/running, If you eat weight loss powder with skim milk and do many exerciese you will burn off the hip and ass fat. Climbing the stairs is a really good exercise for this.

Anyone can answer this.
How would i increase muscle strength and size? (no benching)

There is a huge misconception with protien drinks, fueled by ignorant consumers and marketing targeted at ignorant people. Just consume a healthy diet with lean meats, if the muscle cells need the protein, they will use it, just make sure you consume protein daily, you don’t need to overdue it. Mostly, just get a weekly routine and move on with your life.

If you want to increase your muscle size, you can use Creatine which will make your muscle retain more water than it typically does. But that’s just impractical simple-minded foolishness if you do. Then again, most people are.

Actually, consuming protein is not only about the whole muscle building process Bobby, but it is also thermogenic.

It takes more energy to digest and metabolize protein than carbs and fats. This means by having a high protein diet can make your body burn of extra calories digesting it and that means greater weight loss. the trick with high protein diets is to drink plenty of water too as protein needs high amounts of water to digest and break down the nutrients in the meat or protein shake.

Whey protein is also great for reducing fat stores as the whey protein compound will metabolize and reduce fat stores. this is the only protein of its kind and that is why all the more expensive protein shakes and powders contain whey protein in varying degrees.

Thermogenics are a great way to boost your existing exercise routine. Meh..

my diet is like

2cups (2%) milk with 4small cups of protein powder (differnt time periods taken)

Meat- dont always get meat, but usually get some..

vegatibles/fruits- more on the fruit side.. bananas, strawberry’s etc..

Wheat- fair amout/ white bread/ cereal

A quite a bit of water daily ( probably around 5 cups) daily

My diet:



1-2 glasses of water

Maybe some chicken ( fast food style, but homecooked)

7-8 pieces of wholemeal or white bread

Maybe pizza

3 glasses of milk

0 fruits and vegetables but occasionally get fruit juice ( not squash, the proper one)
