There is a huge misconception with protien drinks, fueled by ignorant consumers and marketing targeted at ignorant people. Just consume a healthy diet with lean meats, if the muscle cells need the protein, they will use it, just make sure you consume protein daily, you don’t need to overdue it. Mostly, just get a weekly routine and move on with your life.
If you want to increase your muscle size, you can use Creatine which will make your muscle retain more water than it typically does. But that’s just impractical simple-minded foolishness if you do. Then again, most people are.
Hahaha
Whatever dude. It’s working for me! Just in the last 5 or 6 days of taking Creating 1/2 hour before workout and drinking a simple (easy to make) protein powder shake within the 20 minute recovery time frame AFTER the workout really works.
I swear on my life dude, I have tripled my performance and gained 10 pounds of muscle within this last 5 or six days of vigorous weight training.

XL.. gaining that much muscle in such a time period is highly..highly doubtful.. actually i dont think its possible to gain more ten 2pounds of muscle a weak.

Okay, I rounded off to the nearest 10th. I gained 7 pounds in six days the f*cking weight scale does not lie. Funny thing is, I gained weight, yet my pants fit better. My belt is a couple notches higher. My shirts are a lot looser near the belly but way tighter near my upper body.
The last few day, all I’ve been doing is working out/eating/drinking protein/drinking creatine/working out/eating/drinking protein/drinking creatine/working out.. you get the point.
The fact is, I’ve tripled my strength since taking Creatine and protein! I worked my ass off and it’s real. You got a problem with that? Solve it! Cause that’s reality homeboy.

Sure some of it may be water in my muscles because that’s what creatine does. However, how does numb nuts explain triple the power I’ve recieved?

How can you have triple the strength anyways?..
Thats a pretty ridiculous pheet..
And for ur numb nuts, Maybe you should consider the speed and roughness of ur sex life
What the f*ck are you talking about?
Example
Okay, roughly 8 days ago, I could only curl a bar of 50 pounds 10 times (in one continuous rep), sometimes 12 or 14 on a damn good day.
Dude, I can curl it 30 times in one continuous rep now.
Not only that, but I heal/regenerate faster and 5 minutes later I can do it again, and again another 5 minutes later. Hell I can keep going on all damn day and keep regenerating. I shit you not, this creatine and protein works. What’s really cool is my muscles don’t get extremely sore the next day if you take the protein shake at the right time. Creatine gives me an extreme dose of fuel to work out and concentrate and the protein builds/heals my muscles.
Whatever dude, all I know is it’s working!
Oh and by the way, when I do my reps, I don’t go ballz out. I go slow and continuous flow all the way thoroughly through each rep. Shit, if I went all balls out I could put way better numbers up there. Perhaps even triple that. But there is a point on the last few where you have a tendency to go a little faster and use your wight swinging force etc just to keep going... But I mean ONLY the last few.

I am sure its working, but if you want to say such a pheat of triple your strength, then stop using creatine. If you can do triple the reps then i believe you. But on Creatine I am sure you are stronger. So this does not say much. I know, that Creatine and P-Powder are on the list for a successful bodybuilder.

I’ve taken Creatine before. You notice an increase in muscular skeletal size when you first start taking it, this is the retention of water in your muscles. Some also notice an increase in muscular endurance, which is because your cells use ATP (energy) and produce ADP (spent energy), but when you supplement with Creatine it turns ADP back into ATP, allowing for increased energy supply...basically. Essentially your getting more bang per calorie, negating the whole concept of “burning calories." But if your an athlete and concerned with performance, not weight lose, then it can help you train.
Your body produces Creatine naturally, but it will essentially cease its production if large amounts of Creatine are already present within your system. You will notice a performance boost at first supplementation, but soon your performance will level out, then if you stop taking it you will experience a decline in performance.
I stopped taking it once I learned my body will make what’s sufficient for me on its own. Besides, i don’t need drugs to help me through a workout...but i guess some do.
