PE class for the win
im the fastest guy in my class
and i push myself despite my handicaps (busted knee and horrible asthma) to beat everyone in anything speed related.
ran a mile in 5:59.
Alls i do is play video games, and every once in a while push myself out of boredom...
nothing special about my exercise routine
but it works for me

Well it depends on what you’re goals are. I assume you want to muscle tone and lose body fat %.
Fist thing’s first; Diet. Intake about 70 grams of protien and 20 grams of carbs per day. Stay away from grease, salt and fat.
Do lots of cardio like running/jogging and sweat a lot during your workout. If you do any weight lifting, do high repetition sets like in the 15 through 25 reps range. Don’t lift heavy in the 8 to 10 reps or you’ll bulk up.

You can work your abs all you want, it won’t show unless you lose overall body fat. You’re better off doing cardio to lose inches on your stomach rather than crunches.
Then I go and workout on the cardio machine using my arms for a good while then my legs and try to alternate and I mostly eat thin sliced meat.
(for protein and it has very little carbs)
Not a lot I assume, but I can’t start off too fast or I’ll be hurting myself.

That’s good but your muscles need a wake-up call. It’s gonna hurt like a bitch in the beginning but you’ll get results fast and your body will condition to it.

That was my time back in school. I was always the first to finish the mile run. I don’t know what I run now but I assume it’s somewhere around the 5 minute mark.

It does hurt like a bitch, but at least when it hurts I know I’m doing something right. So I’m giving my body a break to repairs itself and only working on the non sore parts.
(my entire upper body feels like it’s been ran over haha)

Man I love that feeling. Good deal. Now take a couple days off from upper body and do lower body workouts. Try lunges. If you’re not conditioned, you won’t be able to walk tomorrow. Haha
