That’s good but your muscles need a wake-up call. It’s gonna hurt like a bitch in the beginning but you’ll get results fast and your body will condition to it.
It does hurt like a bitch, but at least when it hurts I know I’m doing something right. So I’m giving my body a break to repairs itself and only working on the non sore parts.
(my entire upper body feels like it’s been ran over haha)
Man I love that feeling. Good deal. Now take a couple days off from upper body and do lower body workouts. Try lunges. If you’re not conditioned, you won’t be able to walk tomorrow. Haha
If I can’t walk then oh well.

10 miles : 52minutes and 21 seconds. Bittchh!!
60 miles : 1 Hour and 0 seconds @ 60 MPH. Bittchh!!
The best form of exercise is lots and lots of sex!!!! Then eat right, maybe go to the gym a few times a week. But sex, oh and you have to change up positions through out the session. 5 or 6 different positions each session. Trust me on this. It works wonders to the body. At least it has for mine.

Someone trying to lose fat while trying to keep or gain some muscle mass;
The BEST routine would be;
Cardiovascular activity
Organized weight training
Cardiovascular activity
Of course you would use pyramids increase the weight while minimizing the weight for 3 sets.
Low fat, low sugar, low salt, high protein, high fiber with all vitamins.
Etc.. too tired to get into high detail, I am sure I r guy can help you out. I will be sure to post a high detailed routine this week for you , though.

What crawled up your ass and died? Sex is a very good form of exercise!!! I thought you were discussing exercise routine. That so happens to really be my routine. Who in here (that’s had sex) doesn’t agree?

Sex is a fairly good cardiovascular activity.. however I don’t think that is appropriate for this discussion.
