Look at something called “circuit training." It is a fantastic program used to shed fat off your body, but you have to work for it.
And yea.. hit me up with your body fat percentage and your goal body fat percentage when you got it.

I’ve been told you where a dick… But everything you just said here seems pretty nice.. a dick would post all this.
Don’t diet your weight off, else you will find it very hard to gain muscle.
Eat 12 calories a pound, and work off the fat on that tread mill. (Get on it and don’t get off till it says you have burn 1000 cal).
If you are not fit enough, put the treadmill on the highest incline, and do a fast walk, you will be surprise how many calories you will burn. (about 1200 a hour if you are my weight)
