Average lightning speed?
60,000 mph
So yes. Goku’s explosion feat is MUCH better then Cloud dodging lightning. Good job.

It doesn’t have any plot holes in the manga. And Broly is non-canon as well, so this is allowed. Superman still gets to use outlires, so in this debate they shall be used as well. Stop pulling at the straws.
