Power=power released from explosion=pressure level caused from release of energy=speed of release of energy so it would be released faster and more rapidly than the Tsar which is a weaker explosion.

You haven’t proved Goku was faster. You showed an explosion, I quoted the HIGH END of explosion speeds. The average explosion speed is anywhere between 2000 m/s to 8000 m/s I even used the high end then compared it to lightning, and proved that lightning is over 3 times faster.
How is that proving your character is faster when my evidence shows that it was 3 times slower?

Android 18 trying to escape Cell is one inconsistancy. If she was faster than lightning she would have gotten a LOT farther away.
