Let me lay it out for you.
Sephiroth doesn’t have Ki. I’m sorry. He doesn’t, and you can’t give it to him for the sake of Brolly actually not getting raped. Sephiroth’s lack of ki means Brolly can’t track Sephiroth. So your little scenario about how “Broly would be able to turn and uppercut seph” it moot. Because Brolly wouldn’t be able to sense Sephiroth behind him. Doesn’t matter how fast Brolly is. That speed accounts for nothing if he can’t keep track of his opponent.
Sephiroth teleports behind brolly and either cuts his head off (Sephiroth’s Masamune isn’t a normal sword, it’s made of lifestream) or he sends a blast of lifestream through Brolly’s back and kills him instantly.
Even on the off chance that Brolly can track Sephiroth’s teleportation and Sephiroth’s lifestream sword can’t cut Brolly’s skin, Sephiroth can still become intangible. Sword and all. So he becomes intangible, sticks his sword through Brolly’s heart and becomes tangible again. Effectively piercing Brolly’s heart with cheap ass moves. Has he ever done it? No. Can he do it? Nothing’s stopping him except CIS/PIS in the games. Same reason Brolly didn’t just blow the shit out of the planet everyone was on.
Brolly can’t win dude. Sorry. There’s a reason the first thread was locked and Sephiroth was declared the winner, it’s because Sephiroth is too strong for Brolly to take. Deal with it.
He hears the wind off of Sephs moving hands behind him, and accordingly takes a nap, then moves. And once again, he moves at 1/1000th of Brolys speed, do you think his masamune would ever pass Brolys skin, even if intangible? Broly can throw up a PB withstanding ki shield and stop all attacks that aren’t intangible, and all that are he can just avoid. Plus, seph can’t stay intangible forever, so Broly just waits, then owns him.
But, heres my new strategy:
Before seph can even think of warping, Broly is on him and punches him so hard that it dislodges his brain, then while he’s repairing it Broly repeatedly PB’s him.
You should probably learn your stuff better kid. First off, there’s no way Brolly is a thousand times faster then Sephiroth. Both of them are capable of movement so fast that the eye can’t see them. Both are their best speed feats. Plus, we’re talking about traveling speed in comparison to combat speed. Sephiroth’s combat speed is well above that of a bullet just like Cloud and Zack’s combat speed. Brolly’s traveling speed might be whatever you’re claiming it is. As far as reflexes are concerned I’d love some actual evidence that Brolly is a thousand times faster then Sephiroth because I call BS on the entire claim. Feel free to dispute it, though I know you can’t.
Next, Sephiroth’s sword is made of lifestream dude. It’s not steel. If truck’s sword can cut up freiza easily, then I have little doubt that Sephiroth’s sword can cut through Brolly’s neck.

You can’t ignore those feats just because of that. It’s powerful sword that can cut through buildings as well. Hardly a normal sword either.

You also have to remember the animators had to make it epic, cutting Cloud’s sword and then killing him would have been anti climatic.
he had several anyway and actually the sword cutting will be quite epic.
Until afterwards when Cloud could not fight any more. It wouldn’t be good is all. Cloud’s sword is just really strong too.
yes very durable than a building. but cloud could of did that trick where he acts like, “oh no!! my sword! and sephiroth be like, “now i’m going to stangle the very life out of you.." and while he’s strangling cloud, cloud manages to make few words, I...got you..." sephiroth not hearing correctly, “what?" cloud secertly pulls out a hidden knife and stabs sephiroth in the neck. cloud “i said i got you." *grabs his sword and smacks sephiroth into a building.

Sephiroth can’t do shit to harm Brolly, plain and simple. None of his attacks would even phase him.
Here’s proof that Broly is well above Goku, who is well above mach 1000, and by the way, mach 1 is bullet timing, and mach 1000 does refer to his battle speed.
Goku vs. The fastest Warrior in the universe. Keep in mind that Burter moved so fast when Vegeta jumped to throw a dragon ball that he flew over hundreds of mountains, stopped, caught the ball and flew back all before Vegeta landed. In the manga it just looked like the ball appeared in his hands to everyone else, so it explained it, and in the anime they had to slow down time to show his movement. And by the way, Saiyans eyes are far advanced to human eyes just like all other superhumans. Here’s what Goku thinks of Burters speed:

Now, heres where Broly moved so fast that Goku FPSSJ1 and Super Namekian Piccolo both couldn’t touch him.
