Actually he did that just by being released from his prison. He then flew through another galaxy at over 2000 times the speed of light and destroying planets, suns and solar systems that way.

okay....hold up. I’m looking at Bastard in Onemanga and the art is crap.

That’s only the first ten volumes which were all done 15-20 years ago back when Hagi didn’t have a great budget. He is currently redoing all of those in a better art style while everything past those volumes have better quality by miles.
