The thing about Majin Darsh is that he apperently needs to have all his barriers destroyed for him to be actually killed. I believe 1 or 2 are in another plane of existence. But as for what would happen, I dunno. I’d have to look at the immunity chart to see if the dispel bound would cancel it out right away.
Well anyway dispel bound virtually protects from anything (except aids lol )and as Indalecio said Some of his shields are not in the same dimention

his head was completely destroyed and it regenerated from the nothing.
