I don’t think so. Goku wouldn’t kill himself to win. He would let himself die to win. Yes, this is while bloodlusted too as we see in Goku vs Frieza.
Goku was still in character even when he was bloodlusted. He didn’t “solar flare + point blank Kamehameha” or any silly shit like that. He still fought within his character, just more intent to kill. DS isn’t going to just suddenly bust out this mirror move, I haven’t even seen the scan of him using this move yet. And does he even use it any more after that?

Basically you have it right there. So he actually fights and such with no drawbacks to winning. Because one could argue something like “Goku and Superman would NEVER fight” or something.
Also I dunno about the mirror move. But Goku has plenty attacks he has only used once. Such as the multi form and milti arm.
