I don’t think Hancock has enough feats to be in VS yet so I give to the other guy.

Well seeing that Hancock doesn’t seem to age Most of Barragan’s techs are useless. But Hancock has shown nothing that says he can keep up with much less hurt Barragan either. So I say that Barragan can win off a Negaccion

well lets see hancock has shown to be extremely fast seems like he is faster than sound

he has amazing durability tanking a truck head 1st and act like it wuz nothing getting thrown into buildings yet act like nothing

he can fly

has super strength sending a kid high into the sky and others

Well those are all feats that Mid tiers in BLEACH can do. Nothing special. If Barragan can catch him in a Negaccion this will be a stalemate
