In Metroid? Yes. In entire game, comic history? Think again. I played few Metroid games, but Samus doesn’t seem strong as people describe her to be. I mean I haven’t seen her moving as fast as Ironman who moves just as fast as jetplane.
Also, I think Stark can create another suit to counter Samus. Can Samus defeat Hulk? Ironman pulled that off. I don’t think Samus can manage that....
